Compliments & Complaints

We are always happy to receive compliments, there is a family and friends recommendation slip at reception for you to fill in or you also have the option to upload this data on the home page of this website to leave your response to the experience you have received from our service.

Complaints or difficulties which you experience can be raised with the Practice Manager or Dr Malkhandi. A formal complaint should be made in writing to Liz Hewitt who will acknowledge your complaint. Investigate where possible and make you aware of the conclusion by writing to you.
