Important Notice 16th December 2021
Following the government announcement recently, NHS England have declared a major incident and advised GP Practices to suspend all non-essential work to deliver the COVID booster vaccinations.
Because of this FROM MONDAY 20 DECEMBER we will only be dealing with urgent medical problems as staff are being deployed to vaccination centres.
All routine appointments have been cancelled.

Prescription requests should be sent via Online access or to our practice e-mail warccg.fourseasonsmc.nhs.net
All non-urgent eConsult requests will be dealt with in the New Year.
Please do not telephone with COVID queries as we will only have one member of our reception team answering the telephones between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm.
