Baby Health Check 6 – 8 weeks are done by our GP.
Checks at 7 to 9 months, 21 months and 3 years are held by the health visitor.

Clinical Pharmacy Team
Patients who require medication review/medication change/query on medication – patients can receive Telephone Appointment. Speak to Reception on how to book an appointment.
CAB Advisor
CAB advisor holds clinics fortnightly on a Friday afternoon – can help and support with housing, benefits etc. To book an appointment, please contact Reception

Phlebotomy Clinic (Jubilee Park 1st Floor)
You will be required to make an appointment to have your bloods taken. Appointments are available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 1.45pm but please ensure to book yourself in.
