We are excited to inform you that we are switching to a new online consultation tool called SystmConnect from 3rd February 2025. Our new online consultation system will improve the way you interact with us, helping us serve you better.
The new system offers improved functionality and a more user-friendly interface. It is designed to make online consultations quicker, safer, and more convenient, helping us provide timely and effective care to all our patients

Opening Times
The surgery is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.30pm. If you have an urgent problem during these times please ring the surgery. At all other times ring NHS 111.
Requests via Anima for non-urgent problems can be made between 8.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. The practice will respond within 2 working days.
We are operating what is known as total triage. Your GP or nurse will review your problem and will then, depending on your needs
- offer you advice via text
- offer you a telephone call
- offer you a video call
- ask to see you in person (face to face) or
- navigate you to other services
If you need to order a repeat prescription please request this via our online platform, SystmOne Connect or NHS App. You can also pop into the surgery or post it to us. We DO NOT take prescription requests over the telephone.
