From the 30 January 2019 there will be changes to the way that patients order their prescriptions, this is a change that has taken place with a lot of surgeries accross Warrington already.

Patients will need to order their prescriptions directly form the GP rather that at the chemist.

You can do this by ordering your prescription online , if you are not already using the online facility please call in the reception with ID to set this up or you can call in to the surgery.

Patients will need to order their prescriptions using one of the following options:

1. Ordering online: Practices will help patients to set this up, meaning they can order 24/7
2. Drop off or post the tick slip to their practice reception by selecting only the items they need on the right-hand tear off side of your prescription
